    1. Meeting Fees, at the last Executive meeting there was a discussion in regards to introducing a fee for each member company for the general meeting, in such a way that each company will pay for the 1st person to attend the meetings, this fee will be billed monthly. This fee will cover the first person from each company to attend     the general meetings. This is not intended to be a tax or extra cost for membership, but a way to help build the association and help the association build the way it works with its members and the industry as a whole.
    2. Another option presented was to make it mandatory for all member companies to attend a minimum of 2-3 meetings.
    3. It is necessary for all member companies to attend the general meetings, as there is a lot of information passed on at the meetings that is not included in the minutes and reports for the meetings, please take a  few minutes to go over your company’s involvement in the association.
    4. Nothing was resolved, just thoughts passed around as food for thought.
